Speed needs to be just enough that he goes last in your rotation, but not so slow that you can get cut by other teams. Use flawless execution mastery if you need extra crit dam, use helmsmasher if you don't (for the bonus ignore defence). Remember the first two offense masteries can get you +5% crit and +10% crit damage: take those. Get a def down/weaken champ (warmaiden is pretty terrible, but she's great for exactly this, and she's farmable).
